Sitsit or academic table party, are a big student tradition that consist of singing drinking songs and eating. This tradition of sitsit goes back many many years and usually consist of a three course dinner and drinks. Sitsit can have a variety of themes and dresscodes ranging from fancy cocktail to your pyjamas.

Midsummer, also known as Juhannus, is a celebration of the summer solstice, arguably the best part of summer, where people gather to eat, drink and celebrate the nightless night with friends and family. Although summer has come to an end, the days are getting shorter and fall has begun, ENG and CHEM will take you right back to the heart of summer with your first sitsit. Midsummer sitsit will be held on the 15th of September. So bring your summer spirit and come enjoy your first sitsit!

The sitsit will be held at Servin Mökki and will continue with an afterparty with Aalto DJ. You can register starting on Wednesday 6.9. at 12PM. The sign-up closes on Tuesday 12.9, link will be sent later. The sitsit will cost 10€.

The sign-up will close on Tuesday 12.9. and after this it will become binding. After this if you cannot make it to the sitsit you will have to find a replacement for your seat.
